    By accessing and using the Hispanic Coalition of North Texas ("HCNTX") website at hcntx.org, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

    HCNTX provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including various communications tools, forums, and personalized content. You understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from HCNTX, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters.

    You agree to not use the service to:

    • Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an HCNTX official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
