  • GoHighLevel — Our primary CRM and communications platform. GoHighLevel stores contact information, form submissions, conversation history, SMS and email communications, and appointment data. GoHighLevel acts as a data processor on our behalf.

  • Squarespace — Our website hosting platform at www.hcntx.org.

  • Zoom — Used to host virtual meetings and events. Zoom's own privacy policy governs data collected through their platform.

  • Zeffy — Our payment processor for membership fees and donations. Zeffy's own privacy policy governs data collected through their platform.

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
